Craig Hill is the founder of Family Foundations International (FFI) and Spirit Life, Christian ministries dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families become people of influence, and build a godly heritage for multiple generations by restoring biblical foundations of marriage, family, and finance. After years of studying the Bible from a Hebrew perspective, Craig discovered that the primary reason many Jewish families tend to prosper today in family, business, education, science, and media is largely related to their biblical custom of regularly blessing their children. Having become a leading expert on the biblical topics of covenant in marriage, generational blessing, Christian rites of passage, and personal wealth management, Craig has now trained permanent FFI ministry teams in more than fifty nations around the world, conducting over 2500 marriage and family blessing weekend experiences each year.

Craig has written 15 books, including the best sellers, The Power of a Parent’s Blessing and Five Wealth Secrets 96% of Us Don’t Know. As creator of The Ancient Paths, Blessing Generations, Financial Foundations and six other life-transforming weekend experiences, Craig is the leading expert on the topics of marriage, generational blessing, and biblical financial management.

Blessing Generations is the flagship program of Craig Hill and Family Foundation International. In West Malaysia, it is led by Gideon and Sally.

Family Foundation West Malaysia is a non-profit, faith-based ministry dedicated to equipping individuals, couples, and families to become people of true influence and blessing. About Gideon & Sally

Gideon and Sally Ng leads Family Foundations West Malaysia.

They met at Malaysia Bible Seminary and married upon Gideon's graduation in 1991, hopeful that their whirlwind romance would only grow stronger with time. That hope, however, will be tested over the years ahead.

It was not until 2021, three decades later, that a turning point came. Sally attended a Family Foundations International (FFI) online Ticket To Freedom seminar and experienced profound personal healing from past hurts. Renewed in understanding and touched by the Holy Spirit, she invited Gideon to join her in FFI's Marriage Breakthrough Encounter seminar online, and together they witnessed their marriage begin to transform.

The experience left such a deep mark on them both that they felt compelled to share it with others. They dedicated themselves to helping families and individuals find the same restoration they had discovered, and in 2025, they established Family Foundations West Malaysia, bringing FFI programmes such as Blessing Generations, Ancient Paths, The Question for Men, and The Question for Women to those who need them most.

Gideon and Sally have 3 adult children and 2 grandchildren.
